2020/2021 New Family Welcome
  • For families who are new to HCA in 2020/21
    • Entering Grade 6 through 8 2020/21: $500 tuition credit
    • Entering Grade 9 through 12 in 2020/21: $1000 tuition credit

Note 1 – Credit above is reduced on graduated scale if referred student receives tuition assistance or other financial gift.
Note 2 – Tuition credits are not assignable or transferable

REFERRAL DISCOUNTS

Referral Program is a one-time payment based upon full acceptance, and pro-rated for any other incentive, special discount, or financial assistance that is received. The family who has been referred has to name the referring party for credits to be allocated.

  • Current Parents:
    • Elementary: $500 tuition credit
    • Middle School: $750 tuition credit
    • High School: $1250 tuition credit
    • Timberlea Elementary: $500 tuition credit
  • Pastoral: $2000 tuition credit or $750 if assigned to referring family
  • Alumni/Former Student: $1000 tuition credit or $500 if assigned to referring family

Affiliation Discounts

Additional discounts for corporate sponsors, partner churches, pastors and alumni/former students’ families of HCA:

    • Pastoral: 40% off
    • Alumni/Former Student: 10% off
    • Corporate Partner Discount: 5-10% off depending on level of corporate support
    • Partner Church Discount: 5% off
      • Congregation members of official HCA Church Partners (those churches who have supported the Mission of HCA with a cash gift of at least $3000 in previous school year)

Additional Fees
  • Family Fee – One time fee at the time a family first enrolls at HCA: $1,000
  • Application Fees: $250 per student
  • Uniform Costs: Approximately $300 per student
Before & after school care

Our before and after school care is available at our Armdale campus every school day.

  • Before School Care – 7AM to 7:45AM: $5 per day
  • After School Care – 3:30PM to 5:30PM: $7 per day

School Hours

School starts at 8:15AM Mondays thru Fridays. Students may be dropped off any time after 7:45AM. School is officially dismissed at 3:15PM and students should be picked up by 3:30PM or stay for after-school care until 5:30 for $7 per student, per day.

In total, each student has just under 1,000 instructional hours per year.

Shuttle Bus

A shuttle bus is available for students living in Dartmouth, Cole Harbour, Enfield, Fall River, Lower Sackville, Tantallon and Timberlea. Costs estimated to average $150-200 per student per month, depending on the number of students registered.
